HOW TO SEND A MAIL ?

1. Create a notecard

 

 

2. Indicate in the title of the notecard "RP Name of addressee + [Address of the addressee or of an administration]"

 

NB: if the RP Name is different like the Display Name, please write in parenthesis the Legacy Name

NB2: for an administration, if you don't have a contact name, indicate the service to which you send mail

 

 

3. In the contents of the notecard, indicate in a regulatory manner:

- The subject

- Courtesy message

- Your text

- Acknowledgments

- Your signature

- Today's date with name of the place where you are writing this letter

 

 

4. Put the mail in the red Mailbox in front of the Post Office:

- Click on the red box

- Click on "EnableDrop"

- Slide your notecard over the red box (you have 30 seconds)

- If you have other mail to drop, repeats steps by clicking on the red box

1. Create a notecard.

 

 

2. Rename the notecard with name and address of the addressee.

3. In the notecard, write your message.

Don’t forget to sign it with your name and today’s date.

 

 

4. Put the notecard then in any blue mailbox in town!

(Click on the mailbox, select “EnableDrop”, then hold control and drag your notecard inside).

Note: If you need envelopes or stamps, you can find them at the Post Office.
